Operator & Organizer
The operator of the cupkick betting game software and platform is Passioncode GmbH (hereinafter: Operator).
The operator only provides the cloud software for use by the customer. The operator is not the organizer of the betting games.
Responsibility for the content and users lies with the respective customer or organizer of the betting game.
Participation
Registration: Users must register through the cupkick web betting game. The user must confirm their email address to activate their account.
By creating an account, the user agrees to these terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy and the game rules.
The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data.
By registering, the user agrees that their nickname and avatar will be displayed in the betting game.
Users can delete their account independently at any time. This will irrevocably delete all personal data (including first and last name and email address), as well as submitted bets and statistics from the server.
Participation in the Road to Munich sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer) is free of charge and subject solely to the following terms and conditions.
Only one registration per participant will be considered for the sweepstakes. It is prohibited to use multiple email addresses to increase the chances of winning.
1. register On the registration page of the respective betting game you should see this button at the bottom: Enter your details on the following page: Name, nickname, e-mail and password. 2. confirm your e-mail address You should now receive an e-mail from the system asking you to confirm your e-mail address. Click on the link in the e-mail and you should then be taken to the login page. Enter your e-mail address and your chosen password to log in. 3. submit tips Click on “Tips” at the top of the menu. There you should see the upcoming games. To place a tip, you must select the number of goals for the home and away team in the dropdown menu. The tip will be saved automatically. Repeat this for all games. You can submit your tips until before the start of the match. 4. submit bonus tips In addition to the match tips, you can also submit bonus tips to receive additional points after the end of the tournament. You can also find the bonus tips on the tips page. The bonus predictions are only active before and after a matchday! Each correct bonus prediction earns 5 points. 5. check rankings At the end of a game, the points are calculated automatically by the system. You can click on “Rankings” after a game ends to see your current position. 6. check tips from other players As soon as a game starts, you can see what tips other players have made. To do this, you can either click on the respective player in the ranking list or click on the respective game under “Tips” and display the tips on the following page: 7. update profile / upload avatar Under “My profile (top right in the menu)” you can change your personal details or upload a profile photo (avatar). You can also change your password there. 8. install the mobile app In addition to the web application, cupkick also offers native mobile apps for iOS and Android. You can install these here
