Betreiber & Veranstalter
Der Betreiber der Tippspiel-Software und Plattform cupkick ist die Passioncode GmbH (im Folgenden: Betreiber).
Der Betreiber stellt lediglich die Cloud-Software für die Nutzung durch den Kunden zur Verfügung. Der Betreiber ist nicht der Veranstalter der Tippspiele.
Die Verantwortung über die Inhalte und der Nutzer liegt bei dem jeweiligen Kunde bzw. Veranstalter des Tippspiels.
Teilnahme
Registrierung: Nutzer müssen sich über das Web-Tippspiel von cupkick registrieren. Der Nutzer muss seine E-Mail Adresse bestätigen, um sein Konto zu aktivieren.
Mit der Erstellung des Kontos willigt der Nutzer diesen Teilnahmebedingungen sowie dem Datenschutz- und den Spielregeln zu.
Für die Richtigkeit der angegebenen Daten ist der Teilnehmer verantwortlich.
Durch die Registrierung willigt der Nutzer ein, dass sein Nickname und Avatar im Tippspiel angezeigt wird.
Nutzer können jederzeit ihr Konto eigenständig löschen. Somit werden alle persönlichen Daten (darunter auch Vor- und Nachname und E-Mail Adresse) sowie abgegebene Tipps und Statistiken unwiderruflich vom Server gelöscht.
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel von Road to Munich (im Folgenden als Betreiber oder Veranstalter bezeichnet) ist kostenfrei und unterliegt ausschließlich den folgenden Teilnahmebedingungen.
Pro Teilnehmer wird nur eine übermittelte Anmeldung am Gewinnspiel berücksichtigt. Es ist untersagt, mehrere E-Mail-Adressen zur Erhöhung der Gewinnchancen zu verwenden.

Repeat this for all games. You can submit your tips until before the start of the match. 4. submit bonus tips In addition to the match tips, you can also submit bonus tips to receive additional points after the end of the tournament. You can also find the bonus tips on the tips page. The bonus predictions are only active before and after a matchday! Each correct bonus prediction earns 5 points. 5. check rankings At the end of a game, the points are calculated automatically by the system. You can click on “Rankings” after a game ends to see your current position. 6. check tips from other players As soon as a game starts, you can see what tips other players have made. To do this, you can either click on the respective player in the ranking list or click on the respective game under “Tips” and display the tips on the following page: 7. update profile / upload avatar Under “My profile (top right in the menu)” you can change your personal details or upload a profile photo (avatar). You can also change your password there. 8. install the mobile app In addition to the web application, cupkick also offers native mobile apps for iOS and Android. You can install these here
